Tuesday’s meeting will be a Still Life evening.

Please bring:

1. Something to photograph. This can be of interesting shape, texture, colour(s) or something else that you think may look good.  Examples include fruit, stones, bottle, flower, … the sky is the limit!
2. Please bring a light source – lamp, torch or similar so that the item can be lit with appropriate shadow etc.
3. Please also consider bringing something to put the article on and also something that will serve as a suitable background.
4. Camera & lens.
5. Tripod if you have one.
6. Camera remote if you have one.

The intention would be to set things up on different tables and people can move around or work in groups photographing whatever is brought.  You may of course like to bring one or more daffodils (if you can find any) and see if you can set something up that you can use for the “Daffodil Challenge”.  Nothing has been pre-arranged so we really need several people to bring something and a light source.

Please also remember to bring your prints for the LCPU club / annual exhibition competition with you unless you have made other arrangements.  See Ove’s email dated 9th Feb @ 09:44

Finally just a reminder about the “Daffodil Challenge”

• Create 3 images of one or more daffodils.
• Submit images (1600 x 1200 pixels) in Photoentry before 2nd April 2024
• We will invite one or more non-judges to come and view the submissions in April and highlight the 3 best images in their opinion
