Around 20 members met at the Rock Tavern, and descended down the hill to the waterfall. Chaos followed as well all set up our cameras, and jostled to take pictures of Lucie.

Lucie came in the top 10 of the Miss Manchester competition. You can step though all the pictures taken at Sett Valley. Go to the gallery by clicking on Pictures in the main menu on the left. Members are encouraged to add their pictures to the gallery.

Ove risked life and limb to take this photograph of the waterfall.

After an hour we walked off to the millennium bridge for more photographs. Ove caught this climber on way.

Both of these pictures were taken within minutes of each other. The one on the left by Alan and Ove took the one on the right hand side.

Even though the lighting was good one member had a problem.

Finally retiring to the Rock Tavern for refreshment, friendly chat about the night, photography and what we will all be doing over the summer: taking photographs!
