Stockport Photographic Society achieved equal 5th place in this year's L&CPU competition hosted by Rochdale & District CC on 28th November 2009. The judge was Brian Parkes FRPS EFIAP.

The Winning club was Wigan 10 with Western (IoM) PS in second place, Hoylake PS in third, Southport 4th and Bolton and Stockport equal 5th.  Full club results here.

The "Best Slide" award went to Steven Pepper of Crewe PS for "Urban Directions".
