Below you are asked to supply a user name. This can be anything of your choice, but we recommend putting your first and last name together to make a single word, e.g., if you are called John Smith, then your user name should be johnsmith. Use all lower case letters without any spaces or punctuation.

Choose your password carefully. It should be at least 8 characters long and contain both letters and digits. Avoid passwords that could be easily guessed.

You will also need your membership number. This will be checked when your application is processed.
